You retain ownership of the prompts you write and the reference images you upload. By submitting this content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of generating your requested images.
Images you generate through Nanobanana2 are yours to use for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the limitations of your subscription plan and the terms of the underlying AI model provider. No attribution to Nanobanana2 is required.
All other content, code, design, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Nanobanana2 platform remain our exclusive property or that of our licensors.
New users receive a limited number of free image generations upon sign-up. To continue using the service beyond the free tier, a paid subscription or credit purchase is required. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@nanobanana-2-ai.com within 14 days of the charge.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time.
AI-generated images may be unpredictable. We do not guarantee that the service will produce specific results, meet specific quality standards, or be free of errors. Generated images may occasionally reflect unintended biases inherent to AI models. We are not responsible for how you choose to use generated images.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The service relies on third-party providers including Google (authentication), Stripe (payments), and cloud infrastructure partners. We are not responsible for any outages, changes, or actions taken by these third-party services.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nanobanana2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nanobanana2 and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
